I created HAuNTcon as a conference for people who love Haunted Houses and Halloween, and developed the format that is emulated by every simular con that followed. Until we sold the company in 2017, I was heavily involved with every aspect of the convention. Recruiting speakers and coordinating the steller education program, selling booths, scheduling tours.

Provided Architectural design, theme park master planning, motion base theater design and conceptual design for the company's projects in Vietnam and Dubai. Using AutoCAD 2014 and Sketchup 2016, I developed facades and structures for the entry pavilion of the theme park, created 3D models of fantastical artifacts to be included in the "museum of war,".

Designed and developed the museum telling the history of America's famous unsolved murder. I did the research, collected photos and artifacts, wrote the text for the museum boards, developed merchandise for the gift shop, built props and artifact reproductions and managed the museum for the first year.

Collected, wrote and edited articles for the quarterly publication. Worked with advertisers and sold ads. Performed daily operations and trade show exhibits. Started and ran the publication for 50 issues before selling it.
