I am a high-performing, strategic-thinking legal and business professional with years of experience in law, business ownership, management and operations in both the private and public sectors. Our group created Task, Knowledge, and Skill (TKS) Statements aligned with the NIST Privacy Framework and the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education Workforce Framework for Cybersecurity. I have guided many entities through information management including data inventory and classification, privacy program development, incident response programs, workforce training, accountability, data retention, and disposal, online privacy, privacy notices, vendor management, international data transfers, and CCPA/CPRA GDPR ramifications.
