I combine two decades of employment and labor law experience with a determination to help clients improve their employee relations and prevent problems. My goal is to help clients prevent nasty problems through advice and training. When a dispute does arise, I have extensive experience representing clients in litigation in state and federal court and before various governmental agencies. I work hard to help clients find solutions that work for them. I try to explain legal issues in clear terms to help decision makers understand what course of action makes the most sense for their business. It’s one thing to look at what can and can’t be done legally, but I also want clients to see their options from a practical standpoint. I owned my own solo attorney law firm and co-owned a small employment and labor law firm prior to joining SeilerSchindel. I know what it takes to run a business and can help clients work through both the legal and practical issues.Whether you have six employees or six hundred, I can represent your business in employment and labor law and commercial litigation matters. In addition to working with for-profit companies, I also work with many non-profit entities helping them address their unique employment law needs. SeilerSchindel's services run the corporate legal gamut from start up consulting to mergers and acquisitions, and everything in between. We also assist corporate owners with their personal legal needs, including estate planning and succession planning. When you work with SeilerSchindel, you can expect a meaningful, personal connection and an innate feel for the challenges and goals of business owners.

It is always more efficient to stop problems before they happen. Unfortunately, litigation is sometimes necessary or inevitable. While I won’t pick a fight just to fight, I am a zealous advocate for my clients when litigation is necessary. Before embarking down the path of litigation, however, I work with clients to set clear goals and to make sure clients understand why litigation is the right course of action. Throughout the process, I never lose sight of those goals.I frequently provide advice and training to businesses and their employees in areas including:• Discrimination• Sexual and other forms of unlawful harassment• Hiring• Discipline and discharge• Non-competition and confidentiality agreements• Compliance with the myriad of employment and labor law statutes and regulationsIn addition to representing employers in employment and labor law matters, I also represent clients in commercial litigation matters. While the majority of my practice involves representing employers, I also help individual executives and managers when there is a non-compete dispute, or when they need assistance drafting or negotiating employment or separation agreements. -
