In the position of CEO, I am responsible for the overall operations of the Association which include communications between the Trustees, Chapters, and the Headquarters Team. My focus is to increase membership by tracking and analyzing growth potential.To support that focus, I regularly interact with members to bring more visibility to the IARFC. This is through meetings with strategic groups, participation in developing and planning Association events, and the establishment of policies and procedures that create opportunities for membership expansion. I also look for ways to increase the value of the IARFC through more industry benefits and practice management programs .

As Ameritas Acacia desired to get back into the Sacramento area I became a managing director for their start up office there. Learning how to start from zero to a successful mid-size agency office I learned all aspects of running a successful agency. From compliance, HR, sales, and processes’ this was my stepping stone to going out on my own.
