As a service employee at Cisco, I developed a range of skills that I carry forward in my career. My experience in customer service, communication, and relationship building has prepared me well to understand and meet customer needs.Through my involvement in project work, client contact, event planning, negotiating with suppliers, mapping out floor plans, and data collection, I have understood the importance of holistic thinking and gained valuable experience in developing effective solution strategies. I learned to balance multiple processes simultaneously and work purposefully under pressure. Written and verbal communication was primarily in English.
