As a Manufacturing Software Analyst I contribute in the administration and support of Manufacturing systems used in all aspects of production. Including but not limited to Factory Talk Production Center, Great Plains, Nicewatch server and Agile. Heavy use of SQL in support of these programs. Answer tickets assigned in TrackIt of TestTrack to resolve issues across all the campuses involved in production.Previously at NEI I work with a group of technicians assembling and configuring computer hardware and software and documenting the procedures for others to replicate the process. Building all types of computer hardware and servers including standard Supermicro, Intel, and custom NEI platforms, all kinds of various blade servers, NAS servers and even complete active directory domains set up in a single rack and pre-configured for the client site. Trouble shoot all types of hardware and software related issues and decide the best fix for any situation.Assist in the maintenance of file servers used in conjunction with the production lab. Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot the isolated lab network as well as the labs connections to the internet.
