As a learning specialist at Macmillan, Leona shows a true dedication to continuous improvement. She is excellent at engaging with key stakeholders to ensure that a range of possibilities have been considered before settling on a solution. Leona has many wonderful ideas about what the future of Learning and Development should look like, and how we can adjust our learning approaches to unlock people's potential instead of just teaching them.
