Lead the consistent delivery of Surefox's counseling program including the identification and resolution of operational deficiencies and gaps in operations and confirming that the security posture is maintained. Conduct quarterly counseling sessions of junior officers, staff policy violation, briefings/debriefings, equipment management (radio, phones, vehicles, e-Bikes), scheduling, and training facilitation.● Assigned as a supervisor for a newly created graveyard shift consisting of 27 junior security officers resulting in a $11,119,744 annual revenue increase through the success of the newly added graveyard shift.

Delivered and coordinated 17 monthly orientations for new staff to ensure a smooth transition for employees. Hosted and scheduled 15 presenters monthly to deliver key information for incoming medical staff consisting of doctors, nurses, and medical assistants allowing for a seamless transition from a stateside assignment to an overseas assignment.

Oversaw the performance of 26 sailors in the delivery of daily outpatient/inpatient immunization care for retirees, active duty, and dependents of the US Government. Directed activities of members of a sterile processing unit night shift during the sterilization of surgical instruments and correct pre-staging of operating rooms. Monitored sterilization activities and ensured that all tasks adhered with the medical standards of Naval Medical Center Portsmouth.
