Leverage the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 and v4 frameworks to provide regularly-scheduled and ad-hoc consultation with Department of Education and Training Victoria (DETV) and Diocese of Ballarat, Catholic Education Limited (DOBCEL)-managed primary and secondary schools managing the life cycles of new and existing Information and Communications Technology (ICT) solutions on a variety of hardware and software platforms with a strong focus on facilitating effective delivery of education programs.

Working with the Sports Central team and leveraging the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge to elicit the needs of stakeholders in the development, implementation and ongoing management of an Information Governance framework.Gathered inputs from internal and external stakeholders in order to define the requirements and scope of the proposed framework. Performed in-depth research and analysis to help define the legal and best practice requirements of an Information Governance framework as it applies to Sports Central.Contributed to presentation preparations and offered discussion in client and stakeholder meetings.

Responsible for ensuring that the knowledge and service outputs of team members, in relation to a specific set of IBM and client-specific systems, met client value expectations (in this case the Westpac Banking Group).My role heavily involved the core ITIL function of continual service improvement through the auditing of trend data to measure employee process compliance, service level achievement and, ultimately to ensure that the processes being implemented by my team, achieved an expectation that Westpac was receiving value from the services provided. Where expectations were not met, I was tasked with identifying the root cause of service or process failure and designing, implementing and monitoring changes to address identified short-coming(s).
