I run public clinics on how to maintain skis in your home too. On the side, i service and repair Wintersteiger machinery.We also work closely with brands and athletes to keep them competing at high levels.

To widen the network of Weston snowboards and help grow the global goals. Using my marketing skills, knowledge of the snow industry and approachable personality I plan to me Weston the go to backcountry brand in the UK

To help bring the brand from America to europe by creating relationships within the european market. This involves playing to my strength of speaking to people and creating an excitement around the brand. I also start the process of shops placing orders with Weston and following through with support for accounts, whether that’s media and content or attending events and demos.

I run the work shop of a very busy ski rental service in the french alps. We have around 600 skis and snowboards that are rented out, customers book online and we deliver to their chalet free of charge.My role is to service our rental fleet swell as offering a high quality private ski and snowboard repair service. I also take care of the warehouse and the general and guide the fitters when they are back from visiting clients.

To promote Butta Wax in France and to generate sales. Also to research the New Zealand winter sports industry and see if there is a gap in the market for Butta.

Operated a 3 axis GFM machine

again but this time it was in their flagship hotel in Les Arcs,France. I had a huge Tech room as I might have had to fit around 70 ski's and boots on my own. There was a lot more work for me this season, but I enjoyed it as I had incredible views from my office and I enjoyed the work. Another part of my job was to promote our ski's to guests, I would do things like let a guest take a pair of ski's out for a day free of charge, if they liked them then they would pay for the rest of the week, this seemed to work really well, and it turned out to be the most successful year for Ski Hire. I also acted as kitchen hand when I wasn't in the Tech room.

I worked in the French Alps in a ski resort called La Plagne for Ski Olympic. I am a trained Ski Technician which involves me fitting people with rental ski's and boots, it also allows me to repair ski's and snowboards which is something I really enjoyed. This was my main role, but I also worked in the kitchen and helped the chefs with food preparation. Towards the end of the season when I didn't have a lot of Ski Tech work to do, the assistant chef began training me up so I could do a lot more in the kitchen. This is something I really enjoyed as I loved being part of the kitchen team as the camaraderie was so much fun.

I applied to this job as work experience as I was planning to study architecture at some time and wanted to get some experience. I ended up being kept on and worked as a CAD draughtsman which I enjoyed as I got to use my problem solving skills and each day presented a new challenge.
