𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘂𝗺 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁- Conducted training programs targeted at youths aged 9-25 on Personal Leadership, and Entrepreneurship programs for Normal Technical stream students (Network For Teaching Entrepreneurship)-Initiated and executed an activity-based training program, developed engaging and effective content and curriculum materials for various programs, ensuring that they were aligned with the learning objectives and the needs of the target audience𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁- Collaborated with the operations team to identify competency gaps in interns and volunteers, and designed and delivered training programs to bridge those gaps- Led initiatives to enhance the personal development of interns and volunteers through regular follow-up conversations, mentorship, and feedback𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁- Designed an impact measurement matrix to measure the "pre" and "post" social and environmental outcomes of the students undergoing the training programs- Supported the management team to understand the impact of the training programs with the analysis from the impact measurement matrix
