Everyone has a dream, everyone can be a change maker. I am the elected candidate of the top ten youth of China in 2010. And what I am doing is sharing my experience, passion and technology with young people whom have a dream and want to make a change, especially helping them in technology innovation and building early-stage hi-tech companies. I started my software company Seesino in 2009 which helps me a lot in developing my own APS theory of innovation. APS is an executive model which can be reused in changing different and distributed social innovation resources into social productivity, and finally building a real company in a shared platform of finance、HR resources、managements and policy supports. With the help of the government, I donated all the money I gained in Seesino to take an action, more than five hi-tech companies and twelve projects have been successfully started with my help in the past two years. More than six software, IoT and medical products have been brought to market and created more than 6 million RMB(1 million dollars) a year. What is more important, hundreds of young people are full of passion in changing themselves and the world with their innovation works.
