Top Tier Machinery spares review included research of vendor documents to confirm part and model numbers as well as working with the Offshore team to confirm components as installed.• Supported Hebron CMMS development team including validation of equipment hierarchy, clean-up of equipment master.• Supported Hebron Maintenance Plan Development process• Thoroughly researched proposed changes to SAP master data such as PMs and functional locations by cross-checking with current data in SAP & site documents as well as consulting with subject matter experts when necessary• Worked with Fabric Maintenance Coordinator to build work orders for notifications that were developed from inspection reports.• Assisting Plant Shutdown Team with work order materials tracking.

Hebron Project

> Developed equipment master data records in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) data application (Asset Hub)> Loaded material and Bill of Material data records into Asset Hub from the Spare Parts Inventory Development software database> Achieved high standard of data quality for the CMMS equipment and Bill of Material records> Understood the interfaces with other maintenance deliverables (spare parts, equipment criticality and strategy) and how the software applications for these deliverables are integrated with the Asset Hub tool
