Also developed processes and plans and check lists for pre-maintenance visits to each site all over the NCAL regions with the intent to mitigate any issue.

worked on the Kaiser VED operations help desk configuring and supporting large video conferences and programs such as the “Permanente Medical Broadcasts” to doctors over 70 Northern California Kaiser video conference rooms where the doctors would attend to receive their CME credit. Supported day to day operations by fielding calls on the VED help desk.
