Worked as Kaiser Video Engineering in a tier 2 support role. Responsibilities includes going into the field and break fix solutions in conference rooms that were reported to the Kaiser VED help desk. Also developed processes and plans and check lists for pre-maintenance visits to each site all over the NCAL regions with the intent to mitigate any issue that may impact a conference room. Responsible for Video Conferencing new system intake and request’s, organizing meetings with stake holders and vendors managing projects to completion in a timely fashion. Also traveled to different regions outside of California to install video conferencing system in the North West Region.

worked on the Kaiser VED operations help desk configuring and supporting large video conferences and programs such as the “Permanente Medical Broadcasts” to doctors over 70 Northern California Kaiser video conference rooms where the doctors would attend to receive their CME credit. Supported day to day operations by fielding calls on the VED help desk providing solutions in real time to the customers providing a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Responsible for video conferencing wizard scheduling servers, Video bridging devices and Alcatel switch that made automated connections to video conferencing devices throughout the enterprise.
