Coll8 (Pty) Ltd specializes in maximising their client’s collections and recoveries revenues using advanced analytical and mathematical optimisation techniques.- Responsible for the day-to-day operating activities of Coll8. This includes managing and developing people, driving change, directing company operations to meet budget, establishing and enhancing Coll8’s processes and infrastructure, and ultimately for the internal implementation of Coll8’s objectives. - Agile Program & Portfolio Management of all Coll8 projects, internally and client focused using SCRUM and KANBAN.- Implemented legal guidelines and policies to maintain the organisation’s legality and business ethics.Significant achievements include:======================- Secured the initial funding for the business based on my MBA thesis.- Co-founded Coll8 (Pty) Ltd in 2012 and built it up from an idea on paper to a sizeable company with a turnover in excess of R40m/year.- Led the development team to migrate the whole onsite infrastructure to a fully cloud base solution on Azure, that enabled us and our clients to use our omni-channel and collections platform from anywhere in the world while still adhering to POPI and GDPR rules.
