Santi Books a divisionof Santi Media Group, LLC is an independent publishing company I started with business partner, Melinda Santiago, to publish books that we feel have information that can add value to the lives of every reader. We also promote the importance of reading and believe reading is key to learning and having success. Santi Books produces books that Educate, Enlighten, and Entertain.

As COO, I am responsible for the company's business development strategy. I am enhancing the services and building infrastructure that will allow long-term growth. This type of growth allows us an even better opportunity to support our clients. I have direct oversight of our expansion into film and television. That new venture, Santi Media Group, LLC will also provide book publishing and Music distribution.

LC3 Enterprises, LLC provides entrepreneurs, small businesses, and non-profit organizations with support services in the following areas; Project Management, Strategic Planning, Marketing, and Brand Development. We also provide direct to the consumer, access to specialist for consultation in the areas of Entrepreneurship Development, Financial Literacy, Health and Wellness.

In my capacity as Vice President of Business Development, I was responsible for the overall business operations. I provided oversight and direction for our Book Publishing, TV & Film Production divisions. I also provided business development consulting services to business partners and clients in select cases.

Managed Youth Development Projects such as, the Digital Connectors program. The program was designed to teach youth about the benefits of broadband technology and to make them advocates of Broadband service within there communities; also the STEM Youth Enrichment Program, a partnership with the University of Massachusetts, that was designed to introduce high school students to majors and careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math; also Camp Atwater summer enrichment program. Camp Atwater provides an experience for youth to connect to others like themselves, experience nature, and to compliment their learning with a rigorous literacy program.
