I graduated from Reading University with a First Class honours degree in History and completed my professional examinations at the College of Law, London. I trained with Thomas Eggar and remained with the Employment team upon qualification working from various offices across the South and latterly leading the Gatwick team. I also led the firm's technology sector team.The team and I at Knights advise a wide range of businesses including technology companies, utilities, large retailers, education establishments and manufacturers on all aspects of employment law and HR issues. I have been recognised by Chambers as a leader in my field and have been praised by clients for my ‘strong grasp of employment law’ and for delivering ‘timely, concise advice in plain English’. I regularly speak at events and seminars and enjoy training GCs, directors and senior management on how to handle difficult issues.
