The project involves upgrading to the latest version of Oracle Flexcube and Oracle Core Banking Systems, used by external customers, including NC state agencies. The platform is moving to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure with a project budget of over three million dollars.- Team Lead for Department of State Treasurer, Web, and Financial Services Team This team supports Flexcube Banking System (Flexcube), and Core Banking, a critical enterprise-wide system, providing banking operations services and integrated financial General Ledger functionality as well as complete online banking for the State of North Carolina.- Project Manager for Unclaimed Property Division staff move from the previous location to a fully occupied building. The project included managing construction vendors, NCDST staff, and Division Directors and reporting directly to the CIO and NCDST Chief of Staff. This application must remain operational during normal business hours to include a natural or unknown disaster. This system (Oracle Based System) has over 500 thousand transactions a day and used by 800+ state agencies.
