Job description Development of annual strategies and the delivery thereof in alignment with the client’s vision and objectives Coordination and delivery of physical, virtual and digital campaigns (incl. Social Media, HTML’s, SEO)Occupier and stakeholder liaising, fostering partnerships to support and enhance property, occupier and community initiatives Cross collaboration with internal agency departments, ie. Content, Digital, Studio, CX Monthly management meetings with asset & property management, leasing agents, incl. campaign feedback, key learnings, reporting and sponsorship trackingDelivery of CSR, social value and sustainability initiativesBudget management and reporting on ROI Deputy CRM to a large client whilst managing the team portfolio to ensure implementation and delivery of their annual strategies, acting as a support to their day-to-day actions Ensuring quarterly social value report and case studies within a client portfolio, whilst encouraging the team with idea generation with local community initiatives and content Support on client annual contracts and quarterly billing Utilising workflow tools incl.
