Current• Maintain Production, Pre-Production, Development, Test, and Dev environments well within Service level Agreement meeting team needs while ensuring updates are error and problem-free before deployment to production environment.• Create, configure, and maintain systems and system baselines under organizational guidance.• Troubleshoot warnings, errors, or other issues as they occur—approximately 170 servers under purview.• Regularly update system documentation for areas of responsibility; maintain a working knowledge of other areas.• Collaborate on various aspects of administration, such as Veeam’s connection to Storage Servers. • Load balancing servers across ESXi hosts to ensure Availability and fault tolerance.• Daily verification of Veeam backups, and installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Veeam.• Interpret Monthly Scan results from Nessus and other vulnerability data, making determinations such as POA&M, Patch, False Positive etc., logging determinations and executing actions on systems including patches, upgrades, and configuration modifications on Windows, Linux, and ESXi.• Ensure systems comply with Authority to Operate and FISMA standards.• Optimized vulnerability report creation and management from 3 weeks per month to 6 hours.• Headed migration effort from windows server 2008 & 2012 to server 2016, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
