As Customer Experience & Training Manager, I'm passionate about customer satisfaction and improving the customer journey. My current role is to manage, measure and analyze customer satisfaction and complaints through metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and an ERP complaints system.My main objective is to ensure that every customer has an exceptional experience with the company. To achieve this, I work closely with members of our group worldwide, as well as with internal teams and external partners, to improve our processes and the customer experience. By regularly monitoring NPS and complaints, I can identify trends and take action to improve customer satisfaction.At the same time, I'm responsible for developing and implementing technical training programs for our customer service teams, as well as setting up the new working tools used by our colleagues in the field. I make sure that our people have the technical skills and knowledge they need to deliver the highest quality customer service.Thanks to my passion for excellence and my ability to analyze data to improve the customer experience, I have been able to contribute to the company's growth. I'm always on the lookout for new trends and technologies in the automotive and customer satisfaction fields, so that I can continually innovate and provide exceptional experiences for our customers, as well as for my colleagues during their training sessions.
