Production Lead for Client Tax Reporting Spain and UK

- Responsible for the monthly Statistics Volume Input Report of MIS (Management Information System), CESA (Cross Entity Service Agreements) and MIS Cockpit- Planning, negotiation and coordination of production data for all the products within Tax Operations and IT for the whole year including reserve capacity- Responsibility for process analysis and optimization of workflows - Tax advice of the various reporting units - Continuous development of know-how regarding taxation products - Assurance of regulatory matters are up to the Credit Suisse standards- Established profound tax know-how to keep the big picture during the mass production phase- Single point of contact for all tax relevant requests, requirements issues and incidents- Planning, coordination and tracking of production data and production plan of all relevant tax reports/statements in collaboration with IT, Tax Operations, Product Management, Front Support and other stakeholders

Main Duties: • Interface with internal stakeholders such as Compensation, HR Business Partners, HR Policy and Risk, Relocation Teams, Work Permits, etc. • Assist the line managers during the whole recruiting process • Organize and lead interviews • Create MDIs (Multi-Dimensional Interviews) based on the CS competences (Proactive Approach, Professional Skills, People Leadership, Partnership and Principled Behaviour)
