As the president I am responsible for overseeing the overall direction and management of the organization. My primary focus is on building a strong and inclusive community of brothers, fostering a positive and supportive culture, and promoting the values and mission of the fraternity. This involves working closely with other members of the executive board to set strategic goals, develop policies and procedures, and manage budgets and resources. As the public face of the fraternity, I also represent the organization in a variety of settings, including with university administrators, alumni, and the broader community. Overall, my role as president is to ensure that the fraternity is thriving, sustainable, and making a positive impact on the lives of its members and the community.

As recruitment chair I was responsible for planning and executing the recruitment process to attract new members to our fraternity. I work closely with other members of the fraternity to develop and implement strategies for identifying and reaching out to potential new members, organizing recruitment events. I promoted our fraternity to the broader community and represented us in a positive and professional manner. This role is critical in shaping the membership and culture of our fraternity while also ensuring its long term success.
