- Make sure the Quality Management System (QMS) was perfectly coordinated with ISO 9001:2008 rules. Edit, create documents when was needed to make sure that the quality system was updated and in continuous improvement. Also, I was in charge of conducting the internal audits as the Lead Auditor to identify non conformities and create preventive and corrective actions.- Other responsibilities were to keep in check the documentation on production floor regarding drawings and engineer changes. This led to several improvements in the process that the company had before I arrived.- I was provided with the responsibility to follow the 8 Wastes of Lean Manufacturing to start a project for cost reduction. With this Task, I was able to dig deep on several all departments of the company to review their activities and find ways to save money through the 8 wastes. I have implemented several Excel Based systems to automatically do a task or make it simple, such as Planning orders or following up with material the buyer has pending suppliers to deliver. I also use online tools, such as Google Documents or Adobe Echosign for other process that saves not only time and effort, but also physical materials such as paper, ink, etc.- MRO Purchasing was given to me as a task due to a modification I made to this process to make the requisition electronic, replacing old paper format with a digital sheet and having a system for digital signatures. I learned how to deal with providers and how to manage the budget for each department to know which items may wait in order to keep the budget positive.- I was entrusted with Quality Assurance, the last filter of the production after the Quality Inspector has released the product. My job is to make sure the final product (of all lines) meets customer requirements according to the drawing and using personal judgment on what might be wrong and prevent rejection from customer, this ofter requires to investigate information not on the drawing.

As a Supervisor, I had to make sure to meet the quality goals set by the customer (Boost Mobile). This was accomplished by motivating the customer representatives in my teams (18 customer representatives on my team). I held weekly meetings, monitoring calls and providing feedback and also I was able to create and provide several trainings for how to deal with an angry customer.
