If any of our players suffer any kind of injury that makes them miss time from game action. They go through a rehab proccess, depending on injury and time of healing. After they medical rehab is done they go through a baseball activities progression, which consist of throwing, hitting, defensive, and running. I'm currently the guy that helps them with the baseball activities. My job consist of throwing batting practice, hitting ground balls, and throwing with players.

During my time serving as an assistant to player development, I worked in the different departments either doing reseach, translating, working hands on with players, etc. This deparments included baseball operations, mental conditioning, strength and codititioning, domestic scouting and international scouting.
