• Review the supplier set up forms, set up new suppliers or change existing vendors in different systems such Oracle, SAP, AS400 according to the Vendor Master Data SOP• Provide the internal customers with guidance and training with regards to Vendor Master Data process• Fraud prevention controls and banking validation for electronic payments• Company payment terms policy negotiations• Data migration and project development• US IRS 1099 tax reporting process• Assist with external and internal controls for Vendor Master Data.• Provide data and root cause analysis to support continuous process improvement.• Assist with external and internal audit inquiries for GBS markets and ensure SOX control compliance as necessary.

• Invoice processing in compliance with US customs requirements• Manage disputes on invoices versus cargo manifests.
