With over fifteen years of expertise in cultural management, production, and research, I am responsible for the International Artist Residency Program Vila Sul at the Goethe-Institut Salvador-Bahia. My journey includes more than six years in the coordination of the Cultural Programming and Artistic Residency at Vila Sul, leading projects involving 120+ artists from 34 countries and managing complex projects in physical, hybrid, and digital environments.As an actor and acting coach, holding a degree in performing arts and a Ph.D. in performing arts with a focus on actor training and acting methods, I possess significant experience in cast preparation, show production, curation, and project management.In my role as Production Director at Melanina Acentuada Interactions, I conceived projects that celebrate diversity and inclusion, overseeing large-scale initiatives like the "Dramaturgies of Melanina Acentuada Festival" and successful international collaborations. I have demonstrated the ability to position the brand and company in the national market, generating revenue and cultivating sustainable and long-lasting partnerships.I bring not only technical skills but also passion and a vision to transform ideas into exciting and impactful projects.
