With over 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, I am a seasoned executive, professor, and board member who leads the information security,governance, access management, IT planning and Infrastructure team at Sompo Seguros, one of the largest insurance companies in Brazil. As a CISO, CTO, and DPO professional, I am responsible for developing and managing the security strategy, policies, risk assessment, IT compliance, IT risks, Auditing, IT financial, and incident response for the organization, as well as ensuring the alignment of security with board members, business objectives and digital transformation.I have a proven track record of delivering innovative and effective solutions for complex security challenges, such as building two redundant data centers, implementing KPIs and KRIs, leading Red Team, SOC, and Blue Team operations, and overseeing the adaptation to the general data protection law. I also have a strong background in network administration and security, as well as a master's degree in finance and a micro-master's degree in cybersecurity.
