Henry is an accomplished IT professional with over 25 years of experience spanning the Computer Hardware, Software, and Finance industries. He has extensive expertise in implementing and managing enterprise-wide systems, driving business intelligence and analytics initiatives, and aligning IT strategies with business operations. His career also includes working closely with diverse stakeholders - businesses, vendors, and IT teams - both locally and remotely, where his hands-on, collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills have been integral to delivering practical solutions, from conception to deployment.Transitioning to education eight years ago, Henry has brought this wealth of industry expertise into the classroom. He now serves as a Senior Lecturer at Republic Polytechnic, where he teaches programming, data science, and AI to full-time students and adult learners. He is passionate about fostering learner-centered teaching that inspires critical thinking, engagement, and lifelong learning.Henry holds a Bachelor’s in Information Technology from the Australian National University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde Business School, specializing in International Business, Strategy, and Change Management.In his downtime, he enjoys long-distance running, swimming, and high-altitude trekking, reflecting his love for challenge and adventure.
