GST Transition Project-Entrusted with generating and sending Credit Notes and Tax Invoices for close to 400 audit numbers to reflect the change in GST rate from 7% to 8%.-Liaised with brokers and underwriters in APAC to handle all queries regarding the effects of the increase in GST rate on insurance policies.Finance-Supported the Finance Department in ACAP audit and Form C by collating and analyzing data required for submission.

Platoon Commander, Senior Specialist Leaders Course -Guided a platoon of 40 Senior Specialists from West and Air districts during a 3 day course to equip them with the necessary skills to become a Leader in their respective units.
