In this role I act as the point of accountability between the respective sales forces of both CDI and it's partners. My primary objective is business development, with a strategic focus on educating the partner sales team and improving engagement by going deeper across the ranks. My efforts include:• Unique events• Social media correspondence to partner community • Branding – establishing CDI among the partners to ensure “top-of-mind” positioning • Campaign metrics – establishing success of marketing efforts• Business Analytics – leveraging socially driven data to adjust CDI’s messaging on the fly• Partner Presentations – acting as “pitch man” for local sales teams• Video Content• Marketing – everything and anything to aid in the sales process and generate leads. This includes "MaaS" or as I've coined it - Marketing as a Service to our partner community where I can become the outsourced marketing team for a partner sales rep/group. Partner reps can leverage our flexibility for campaigns and events executed jointly
