Leon is Founder and CEO of Trimmr, the post harvest workforce and automation leader in New York State. Trimmr delivers efficiencies to cultivators through a shared mobile infrastructure, software embedded work-systems, and local staffing resources. He is also co-founder and is President of NY Crossroads, a non-profit organization focused on economic development through the development of a vibrant startup ecosystem in the Hudson Valley. Leon is a Managing Member of the Hudson Valley Startup Fund, a managed Angel Fund focused on local investment in the Hudson Valley and he also is a Board Director for portfolio companies Busie and UAT.Prior to his current endeavors, Leon Co-founded Truveris and led the development of the company’s pharmacy benefit sourcing, compliance, and analytics products; and scaled operations to service hundreds of advisor, payer, union, and employer clients. He also co-founded AdvisorRe, a SaaS real estate brokerage operations platform which was acquired in 2009. Prior to entrepreneurship, as VP, Administration at Century 21 Real Estate, was a direct report to the CEO and had broad executive duties as division controller and with responsibility for various operational and strategic programs. And way back when the internet was young, served in various roles at Globix, a leading Internet Services Provider. Led the creation of products, implemented of global SOPs and support systems (Infoworld 100 award winner), and scaled operations in NY, CA, and London ultimately supporting over 2000 clients.
