1. Involve in Paynet products including crafting the process from on boarding of customers and arrangement with operations to ensure smooth execution2. • Service merchants through various channels and inquiries include sales transactions, settlements, payments, charge back/ disputes.• Promote new acquiring products and service existing merchants.• Monitor chargeback and fraud volumes and ensure follow-ups programs are implemented in response to red flags of high-risk merchants.• Conduct periodic merchant review eg profitability, inactive, chargeback ratio, nature of business, location and terminated merchants.
