In the Klimatorium, my master's thesis focuses on the optimization of internal processes with a focus on project management and EU-funded projects. My thesis, entitled 'Workflow Optimization in Project-Based Companies: Identifying Key Challenges and Implementing Effective Solutions', aims to identify key challenges in project-based companies and implement effective solutions.

During this internship I worked on a project related to Value-Stream-Mapping.The focus of this work was to take the first steps in the Value-Stream-Mapping process and to identify deviations in the working process from the theoretical perspective.
