• Part of a 5 person Talent Acquisition team tasked with direct hiring on behalf of UCF Group and its subsidiaries such as Private Equity, Securities Brokerage, HKEX listed companies, Insurance company, cryptocurrency.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels, including online platforms, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
• Conduct thorough assessments of candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with the group’s organization values and culture.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate outreach, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding activities.

• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including networking, social media, job boards, and referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.
