As the Dean of Enrollment I managed all enrollment activities including being responsible for $22M in tuition revenues and the leading our admission office. I worked on strategic enrollment initiatives, traveled representing Avon Old Farms School at the local, national, and international level, and oversaw the Director of Financial Aid in coordinating our $4.5M financial aid budget. During my time working in admissions I focused on addressing issues of affordability, recruiting students from non-traditional boarding school backgrounds, and as a liaison between athletics and admission to streamline athletic recruitment.I arrived at Avon Old Farms School in 2014 admission as the Associate Director of Admission. During my time at Avon I have also been the Senior Associate of Admisssion and Financial Aid Coordinator. I taught S.P.O.R.T (Social Physics, Optimism, Responsibility, Talent) leadership course during our intersession period. Additionally, I advised 9 boys and also worked as an assistant coach of the varsity hockey team.

At Governor's I was the head boys hockey coach, responsible for all activities pertaining to the hockey program: practice planning, skill development, systems and strategy, video breakdown including analysis, pre-scout, and presentation (Hudl), national recruitment, college counseling, team building, scheduling, and alumni development. During my time we reached the New England tournament and I coached, developed, and recruited D1 players (Army, Northeastern, Union, and UNH). I represented the Academy through national travel and USA Hockey coaching clinics, seminars, and coached at the National Development Camps (U15-U17).In my role as the Associate Director of Admission I represented the Academy through national travel and assisted with diversity recruitment. Each year I conducted over 130 interviews, assisted with financial aid, was the committee chair of 10th and 11th grade boarding classes and organized and executed Accepted Student Days. During my time at Governor's my family lived and worked in the dorms where we mentored 35 boys in grades 10 to 12. I also worked with students of color on diversity issues and advised the FBLA club.

I began my career in education as Teaching Fellow at The Taft School. Over the course of three years I increased my responsibilities as an admissions professional, including working as a financial aid officer and representing the school at national fairs. In my final year I was tapped for an administrative role as the Co-Director of Student Activities. During my time at Taft I taught Algebra 1 and Principles of Marketing. In addition to my admissions and work in the classroom, I led a dorm for three years, and worked with both the Varsity Football and Hockey teams. I was tapped to sit on two ad hoc committees investigating mentoring and diversity at Taft.

As an Environmental Services Representative I was focused on growing Cintas sales within three niche markets. First, Sanis UltraClean restroom cleaning service, the industries top restroom cleaning service. Second, the all new Cintas SafeWasher an environmentally safe PartsWasher that uses Bioremediation technology. Last, our new Chemical Dispensing system. All of my products are environmentally friendly and brought to the market uniquely through Cintas. My client base was current Cintas customers and generating new business through proven Cintas selling techniques. During my short time at Cintas I took part in two successful product launches.

Participated in the Cintas Sales Associate Program. Which involves supporting and improving the performance of Sales Representatives, while gaining the skills and experience necessary to sell all of the diverse products that Cintas offers. This training program is rigorous and involves learning all aspects of the Cintas production cycle. Cintas has been identified as one of "The Top 50 Companies to Sell For" and continues to be one of America's fastest-growing corporations.

Mentored young professional players and prepared them as they moved from the ECHL to the AHL and on to the NHL. Duties included working with and running the Defense and penalty kill for the team. Anton Khudobin who now plays for the Dallas Stars of the National Hockey League was a member of our team in Texas.During the 2007-2008 season the Wildcatters set a regular season record for most points in a season.

Worked as a Liaison between the Players’ Union and its members. Responsible for understanding and communicating Collective Bargaining agreement to fellow professional hockey teammates. Worked with team management during the dispute resolution process and filing of grievances. Attended yearly representative meetings and addressed current and future issues of the union.

Played professional ice hockey for five seasons at the AHL(AAA) and ECHL(AA) levels. Participated in NHL training camps. In 2005 won a Kelly Cup Championship (ECHL) and was named MVP of the Kelly Cup Playoffs.

Co-operative Education Experience at Northeastern University: Formerly, SportsTicker, I handled score reporting and used proprietary software to enter score data. Instant score publishing to ESPN’s on screen bottom line. Supervised Co-Op student scheduling and training.

Co-operative Education Experience at Northeastern University: At Enquiron®, formerly The Workplace HELPLINE, I managed client relationships by providing educational services and consistent follow-up. Actively contributed on several projects involving business development, technology and marketing. Generated, analyzed and presented weekly and monthly performance reports at co-facilitated weekly meetings. Trained new hires in areas of job responsibilities and company policies.

Co-operative Education Experience at Northeastern University: Formerly CCBN.Com, I served as key contact monitoring multiple, high visibility data logs. Communicated problem status for escalation and resolution. Functioned as webmaster for America Online (CCBN’s business partner), by monitoring AOL Finance e-mail questions and routing to appropriate contacts.
