Reporting to the Body Area Launch Manager we were responsible for the Launch of the New 2008 Focus Vehicle at the Ford Wayne ISA facility in Wayne, Michigan. This was a 2yr endeavor at the facility.

Planned and prepared maintenance schedules for all equipment in the Body Shop

In charge of all Manufacturing Operations, manufactured Intake Manifolds for Ford Motor Company, Rawsonville Plant, Manufactured Engine Pulleys for Detroit Diesel. Also some affiliation with the government program DARPA via contact with General Colin Powell.

Responsible for developing customer applications on various Machine Tools, which included determining tooling requirements and ordering tools, developing program and work holding fixtures for application. Also taught Industrial Robot Programming at our location as well as around the USA at various Automotive Plants.
