I have a Master of Social Work degree. I have 20 years of child welfare experience, specializing in family preservation services. I have worked for Wellspring Lutheran Services, a state-wide child welfare agency, for the last 15 years where I currently serve as a program manager. I specialize in organizational development, clinical supervision, professional development, strategic planning, research and grant writing, quality improvement, mental health first aid, and diversity, equity and inclusion.
