My main research interests are in infectious diseases, with a particular emphasis on antimicrobial resistance. My goal is to apply computational tools, including mathematical modelling, genomics and multi-omics data analysis, and machine learning, to the fight against this major global health crisis.I also provide solutions to industry partners, mainly in the life sciences, through my work with Imperial Consultants.Specialties: Large-scale data analysis, mathematical modelling, AI and machine learning, optimisation, genomics.
