Ltd. - a first-tier automotive supplier in China• Set up and subsequently managed an automotive electronics R&D team, oversaw the recruitment, training and ongoing HR management• Was closely involved in the building and management of the Engineering Department at Atech Automotive (Wuhu) Co. Ltd., provided support to the Project Management, Purchasing, Sales, Quality Assurance and Production Departments• Led the development of integrated body control modules, multiplexed body control systems and other electronic products for the majority of motor vehicles manufactured by Chery Automobile Company.
