My name is Leo, and I’m passionate about all things technology: learning new tools (like AI), mentoring and talking about innovation (I won the “Best Mentor 2023” award!), and, most importantly, using it to solve real-world problems. I knew I wanted to do this since high school, and today I’m living my dream.Nowadays, I’m a Senior Software Developer turned Tech Lead, balancing between Full-Stack coding (ASP.NET with C# and React with TypeScript) and leading a wonderful Team of twenty people. Throughout my career I had to chance to encounter all kinds of development: Back-End (Java and, believe it or not, Perl), Front-End (jQuery a long time ago, then mostly Angular), Mobile (Java again, some Xamarin), and Embedded (a bit of C, but mostly Assembly).Recently, I’ve found great joy in interacting with clients, understanding their wants and needs (which can vary greatly!), and using my skills to offer the best technical solutions for their business. My portfolio boasts projects across various industries: Financial, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Logistics, and many more.I aspire to one day become a CTO—Chief Talk Officer (reading this long description, I bet you can see why). In my free time I watch anime, walk around town with my camera, and play Dungeons & Dragons with friends.
