Led strategic, cross-functional technology projects for the world’s leading medical journal: Digital Objects content transformation and GDPR readiness. Reporting to PMO leadership, managed over 100 stakeholders across all functions and all levels from individual contributors to the management team. Managed work milestones and dependencies between Engineering, Design, Content, Marketing, Data, and Legal teams, and managed the development and maintenance of project artifacts like the Charter, Risk Register, Project Plan, Requirements, and Communications Plan.

Managed development and implementation projects for the leading publisher of K-12 math and literacy solutions. Drafted user stories, groomed backlog, managed project schedules and deliverablesWorked directly with a large school district (44 schools, 40k enrolled students) to draft software requirements for an assessment and reporting module in order to comply with state mandate to offer intervention for students struggling in reading and math, leading to additional statewide sales

Managed the development and production of supplementary digital math products for grades 6-12. Replaced costly and outdated print components with CD and web-based solutions and developed new test banks and interactive instructional simulation modules. Managed a team of digital math editors.

Supported the development of all digital products supporting 50+ college math textbooks, including 10,000 web-based practice exercises covering algebra through precalculus. Coordinated the work of freelance authors and software vendor, and collaborated with Editorial, Design, and Production teams.
