My role was to make sure that Tele2 end clients using fixed products like ADSL, VOIP, LAN and also mobile products like Mobile Broadband, Pre/Postpaid voice have their services activated and modified, provisioned as expected. Directly responsible for 35 employees and 20 consultants working on this area in a distributed team. Leading recruitment process, hiring both employees and contractors. Hands on running maintenance change management process as SCRUM master.

Working with a team of 8 people leading Incident, Problem and Change management processes within the team.Together with development team designed and implemented an order orchestration solution for Cable Broadband products.

Resolving incidents and working on problems to eliminate incident root causes for Order Management domain. Incepting ITIL as primary methodology for this purpose.

Developed an interned bank and supported bank webpage.

Organizing new trains from wagons that arrive to biggest Latvian wagon sorting station. No white collar work here.
