About Leonie Dutmer

I have extensive experience as (inhouse-) lawyer in the field of real estate law for more than 20 years. I am a real estate professional and a skilled contractor, negotiator and litigator. I have thorough experience with acquisitions, risk and asset management and fund (re)structuring of real estate developments and investments.People consider me a natural team player with strong communication skills. I create legal awareness within the company while also taking other disciplines into consideration. I am Manager Legal Affairs and Claims at Woningborg and member of the Management Team (MT). Woningborg is the market leader in protecting (private) buyers, developers and investors of new-build homes against a bankruptcy of a construction company. Woningborg insures insolvency risks during construction and repair risks in the event of structural defects after completion. In the Netherlands, more than 1 million homes have been built with a Woningborg certificate (insurance). Woningborg only issues certificates to affiliated construction companies. All construction companies are screened financially and technically before joining Woningborg.
