Pacific Fair- a premium retail hub was the venue for specialised niche retailling. Shells at the Fair was a retail outlet specialising in specimens, jewellery and decor from the ocean. As a tourist attraction Pacific Fair attracted international and domestic visitors, and SATF also met the market for interior designers of premium apartments, yachts and luxury homes.
