Whilst completing my final year of University, I am working as a Student Ambassador at my University. I am responsible for being a role model to other students and representing the university. I am involved in events, giving tours and holding interviews to incoming students.

This job role requires me to work in a team with other colleagues providing excellent customer service. I have gained experience working under pressure in a busy fast pace environment and proved that I am punctual, confident and committed.

With English being my native language, I have been giving private classes to Spanish children in order to help them to improve their level of English. I guide them to practice their listening, reading, writing and speaking skills, and test them so that I can identify areas to be improved on and help them to progress in the future. For this role I have to be reliable, responsible and able to take on a leadership role.

As part of my degree, I have worked as an intern for Training Experience (TX) as an International Business Developer. My role required me to sell products and services to new customers in the UK and Ireland, so that the business could expand to these countries. I gained experience identifying new leads, researching the needs of other companies, contacting potential clients via email or phone, developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.

In summer 2015, I returned to Warehouse, this time as a Temporary Sales Advisor for the summer before returning to university in September.

This job has allowed me to gain experience in providing excellent customer service, dealing with customers and card transactions (orders and present sales), working in a busy fast pace environment, meeting sales targets and maintaining high standards within in the shop and stock room. My sales role required me to be punctual, confident and customer friendly. Working both individually and in a team were also key.

I worked for Office Shoes during the busy Christmas period, working in a busy fast pace environment. My sales role required me to work independently and in a team to serve customers, advise customers, meet and greet customers demonstrating a friendly, confident and open manner, meet sales targets, attend to staff meetings, be flexible, and maintain high standards on the shop floor and in the stock room.
