Managing the delivery of ForgeRock University training classes in the EMEA and APAC region.Responsible for: Main point of contact for Authorised Training Partners (ATP) and ensuring compliance with Delivery Management Processes and Procedures; Training delivery management including support, instructor authorisation, logistics, etc.; liaising with ATP's and organise & coordinate annual public courses, private events, webinars, etc; Provide operational assistance to the "Manager, Global Training Delivery" including cover as required as well as supporting them in the creation of interdepartmental processes; Delivery and Operations Management of ForgeRock internal training projects globally; Reporting, maintenance, process and feature implementations regarding key vendor systems.Lead on all University marketing and communications programmes:- Work closely with Global ATPs on marketing relationships and coordination of their ForgeRock centred marketing activities.- Increase awareness of ForgeRock University internally and externally.- Create and provide engaging content for external and internal use.

Client development and partner management across the Digital Marketing World Forum (#DMWF) and IoT Tech Expo conference series, taking place in London, New York, Santa Clara and Amsterdam across 2019. The IoT Tech Expo series hereby includes the four co-located events IoT Tech Expo, AI & Big Data Expo, Blockchain Expo and Cyber Security & Cloud Expo.
