As the Sports Development Officer for the City, my role focuses heavily on Project Management working with stakeholders in a variety of sectors. My main work is with projects for the adult population, working closely with GP's and other health organisations to provide for all those who live and work in the city. We work with a number of organisations and constantly look for new partnerships within the sporting field to enable better relationships within the communities and estates of London. From project planning, to initiation and execution, I have experience of projects ranging from small to large, working with the teams to close the project on time, on budget and achieving specific goals and criteria set out from the start.Fusion Lifestyle is a highly experienced sports and leisure management organisation. We work in partnership with local authorities, schools and colleges, and other public sector organisations, to provide recreational sport, health and fitness activities to local communities.

PE Instructor for secondary school students including Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Plan and implement sessions for students aged 11-18 in line with national curriculum and key targets. Provide coaching for a range of sports and manage the school teams in hockey, netball and football.

I managed and coached the West Ham girls under 16's team, part of the West Ham academy which includes training and games. We competed in the Essex girls league division 16a, winning the league and cup double going undefeated in the season.

I coached Kings College London Women's Football Clubs first team which includes training and games. We competed in the BUCS league on a Wednesday and the LUSL league on a Sunday. We won the double in exhibition games for the first time in Kings College Women's football history against our rivals and produced a second team by the end of the season, this growing the programme to push for promotion.

I worked in the largest soccer company in Massachusetts. I have been the School Of Excellence Director which included all operations and logistics including tryouts, practice and game day schedule, referees, fields, kits, finance and projects management for all 57 SOE teams and 14 JSOE teams. Also provide projected financial review, club cost comparisons and recruiting needs reviews. I also coached many teams including School of excellence teams, U12 Elite teams, and a U15 Premier team in the league, state cup and regional finals. I also coached clinics where we provided a complete, age appropriate player and coach development plan that ‘benchmarks’ individual progress and communicates this effectively to parents and coaches so they remain engaged. I provided curriculum and lesson plans, online resources and materials, real time feedback and support with professional on field instruction to both players and coaches. I then moved to one of our sister franchises to manage the MCU Portland Phoenix franchise in Maine. This includes the everyday running of the 26 Premier teams, including all financial aspects and all administrative responsibilities in collaboration with youth organisations and state officials. Being able to meet targets, promote and plan accordingly is a big part of the success of the company. I am also a soccer coach, currently coaching the Girls U17 State Cup winning team. I am the Program Development Officer for a town program and provide extensive support to all 24 travel teams. I provide complete on field and off field support to all players and coaches including age related curriculums, lesson plans, online resources, game reports and feedback with professional support. Finally, I worked as the Premier Teams assistant in the Boston office. This includes supporting the Premier Team director and Regional Directors of Coaching with all logistics for their Premier Teams and all Global Premier Soccer events.

I supported people with mental health in their everyday life. This includes their medication, daily living skills, managing money and finding a hobby which they enjoyed and could form social circles and friendships.
