Health, vitality and your state of mind are all influenced by eating the 'right' foods.As a nutrition coach at EatWright I work with my clients to reach an optimum in their health and fitness level by looking at what, how much and when they eat, the amount of exercise they do and what they drink.EatWright is not a diet or weight loss programme but a Dutch Healthy Eating Programme that cleanses the body of reserve fats, revitalises the immune system and re-educates about the foods that should be eaten to improve health issues and live a long and healthy life.Next to being a group leader for 4N in Leatherhead I also lead a monthly ladies networking group, bringing together women who are serious about growing their business to support each other and provide business referral opportunities.
