At corporate headquarters, working within the Legal Department and reporting directly to the Group Legal Counsel, I am responsible for developing and deploying the group's compliance program in the areas of anti-corruption, international sanctions and export controls (in particular EU, US and UK), and related matters.In an international and multicultural environment, and in collaboration with the different entities within the group, my main responsibilities include:• Designing the compliance program, drafting and optimizing policies and procedures, in coordination with other applicable regulations (CSR, competition)• Rolling out the compliance program across all group subsidiaries and integrating new acquisitions• Supervising, leading and training the network of compliance liaisons within Business Units and local entities• Risk mapping and management (identification, assessment, and prioritization of risks, action plans)• Internal controls and audits, drafting and monitoring of corrective action plans• Partner validation, compliance due diligence, KYC, KYS, M&A, and third-party portfolio management (monitoring, risk mitigation)• Contract drafting, tender processes and corporate housing • Managing the whistleblowing tool and conducting internal investigations• Handling requests related to gifts, hospitality, philanthropy, and sponsorships and other similar scenarios• Developing and delivering training programs, awareness initiatives and internal communication• Answering ad hoc internal requests• Regulatory monitoring and impact analysis• Coordination with external legal advisors• Reporting to senior management (Executive Committee and Supervisory Board)
